Sure do.
Record a script of any kind, then stop. Edit in a BreakPoint in the script somewhere before the end.
Make sure you have Detailed Timings turned on (in the Preferences area).
Then, run your test. When eValid hits the BreakPoint it will pause...but the browser will still be active and the logfiles will still be generated.
Open up the logfile and now you can read the timings and component size from the logfiles. And, because the browser is still live you can navigate around and watch what's going on in the browser at the same time.
