Yes, we have seen that. Seems kind of odd.
For example, some mobile device manufaturers that rely on the Android OS will not deliver pages to an IE-based browser.
We believe that this is done for competitive reasons. We don't understand the thinking, but there it is.
When you change eValid's User Agent String setting to be a non-offending page, then down the data comes...even though the data is arriving in an IE clone browser. Go figure.
