Yes, it can.
But you will need the eValid Internation Edition, eValid/I, to do this.
Both eValid (regular edition) and eValid/I have the capability of imitating any kind of browser, including those used in mobile devices
But only the eValid/I version can do that and also use the double-byte character sets (DBCS) capability.
Note that when eValid/I is used the script file is ALSO in DBCS...this may cause problem in your test suite if some scripts are in regular fonts and some include DBCS. But to overcome this, in the eValid/I version all scripts are "lifted" to be in DBCS mode automatically.
