Evening RobertL.

Generally, eValid does not need to use a spreadsheet either for input or for output.

All of the input and output files in eValid are simple text files.

This is done to assure the MAXIMUM compatibility between eValid and any environment in which is is used.

The script file can be edited with ANY editor, or you can use the built-in visual editor that is part of the script window.

Here is the manual page:

The input to an eValid test run is a script file, and the output is the EventLog file and the set of sub-files associated with it, as described in this manual page:

http://www.e-valid.com/Products/Documen ... /view.html

It is important to note that eValid has the capability to view any EventLog or subset in a spreadsheet format.

You do this by clicking the "spreadsheet" icon on the EventLog viewer page.
