Please take a look at this example description of a test case that involves eValid to test some sophisticated parts of SalesForce's system:

The script is done with DOM-access and auto-sync commands because most of the SalesForce application is done with JavaScript as a AJAX application.

You can see this from the number of "SyncOnText" commands in the actual working script, as seen here:
