Have you got any way to guarantee that a particular page or tab is "in focus"?

Yes CarolynS, eValid does have such a command called : Focus wid

where wid is the number of the window you want to put into focus.

The first window in any test playback sequence is always wid=0 and the windows are always numbered strictly in the order of appearance.

Important note: If the script deletes a window the numbers are NOT updated.

The nth window opened in a playback is always the "n-1" 1st one.
