We've tried eValid on the pre-Beta IE9 and now on the Beta IE9 and eValid runs just fine.
But it IS a beta version so we are going to wait until the real IE9 shows up before giving eValid a 100% green light for that version of IE.
Right now, it is 99.9999999...% OK for IE9.
