I've been asked to see if you can provide a document explaining or
detailing the engagement contract for the script writing exercise.
Something like a prototype statement of work would be helpful.

Can you give us an overview of eValid?

The first step is to get your specification: any format will work,
so long as it is clear. E.g. XLS or pseudocode or sequence of
screenshots with instructions...

If something's not clear we will will work with you to clarify
it. The final-clarified specification becomes the acceptance
test standard.

The script will work per the specification you provide and we accept,
and once you see the script and OK it by confirming operation on
your website the job is done.

These are fixed-price end-product deliverables, so while there is time
accounting internally, you don't have to worry about that.

Here are three example eValid scripts so you can see what is
involved:

(1) Here is an example of AJAX usage that shows how eValid's IndexMotion
commands are used to test the Google Gmail application (which is
notoriously difficult to test):

(2) Here is an example of AJAX usage that shows how eValid's
SyncOnSelectedObjectProperty works to synchronize playback in the
Microsoft "maps.live.com" (www.virtualearth.com) AJAX application:

(3) Here is an example of how eValid can be used to support the work of
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activity:

Your scripts would be delivered via a private web page.
