That is a good question and yes, insofar as possible, responses to questions posed on our User Forum are formulated by staff members and posted at or near the beginning of our business day, but sometimes at the end of the night before.

As was pointed out earlier, our User Forum is careully moderated and responses are prepared very carefully. Our goal is to make sure that the material presented here is relevant, effective, and appropriate.
