The "best way" depends on the question.
If it is a technical question, this User Forum is a good place to ask your question.
If you have problems with a script, you'll note that there is a special "Send Script to eValid" option on the top part of the browser face. This has the advantage that eValid automatically includes your current script and the associated EventLog, and, perhaps more important, the email that results arrives to our support team in a special high-priority in-box.
Lastly, there's always regular email or the phone!
