As you know, eValid is normally sold on an annual subscription basis.

The regular maintenance and support agreement includes unlimited email and telphone support (US Pacific timezone business hours), and all updates and repairs to eValid. In addition, insofar as we can we help users develop scripts and troubleshoot partially developed scripts.
