Like any software product there are ALWAYS instances when something fails, but our experience is that this is very rare with eValid.
A complete stall of eValid, when the rest of the operating system is running normally, is very rare, but in case it does happen we have a variety of methods for "unsticking" that eValid instance. Most of them involve using commands like "pskill" which sends a hard delete to the process handle. Please contact technical support by phone or email for how to do this.
