If you subscription has lapsed and it is less than 90 days since it expired, all you need to do is bring your subscription current and we'll send you a new key!
If it has been over 90 days then we may have to discussion the circumstances. Normally such a "lapsed" subscription has some recapture rules, but we will work with you based on your individual situation. Our goal is to support users, and the policy is to "...do the right thing..."
