Having Trouble Getting eValid Installed

I'm having trouble getting eValid installed. I put it in and all I get is a "license error." What am I dong Wrong?

License support is resending this email that contains your eValid access keys in both attachment and plain text.

This message contains your eValid evaluation key ready for installation.

(1) Please download eValid from our ftp site using:

ftp://ftp.e-valid.com/pub/windows/evalid/evalid9.exe

(2) The eValid license is found below in plain text and also as an attachment (in a file named "evalid.lic").
