Technical support in India

Good evening:

The company I work for are in India and that's a 13.5 hour time difference from you.

How do we get live technical support?

Why don't you have an office in India?

Greetings NickGCA and to your company in India.

Yes, the timezone change is difficult but we have also had even more difficulty with the fact that, over that distance our primary web meeting product, GotoMeeting, suffers some significant time delays.

However, for most purposes, the connnection speed is adequate and we have been very successful in supporting clients in India using these technologies.

As to why we don't have an office in India, the short answer is that so long as we can achieve success without face to face meetings (that is, using GotoMeeting to talk to clients) then there's really no need for an office there.
