Late Friday night question.
We've got a customer who wants to use eValid as a test prototyping tool, but he wants to run his scripts in Selenium.
Have you got a license for that use case?
Thanks for asking DaphneB.
Never too late to ask a question on our forum.
We certainly can support that.
Commercial license rules apply. The commercial license, basically cancels clause 5(j) of the regular EULA: http://www.e-valid.com/Products/License/license.html
The commercial license is arranged individually with each customer, and uses a special on-the-web authentication method. When setting this licence up you need to indicate that you want to run your playbacks on a non-eValid test engine.
Here is a description of the basics of a commercial license: http://www.e-valid.com/Products/License ... ption.html
But once you have that license you're free to use the eValid product in any way you choose, including using it to create prototype scripts that you convert into ANYnother playback format.
