First, call and ask! Even if we can't connect you to someone in technical support immediately, someone will take down your question and you'll get a callback promptly -- as soon as scope out the best answer!
Next, in the eValid product itself, there are GUI pulldowns in the main browser face that lead you to sending a script to us for analysis, or for asking a question. Both of those go direct to our highest priority incoming email, and we guarantee a response with one business day.
Next, you might consider first search the form -- this User Forum -- so see if there is an answer already there and, if you don't find an answer then post the question. We try to answer all forum questions within a business day, but sometimes we do get behind.
