Our goal with a maintenance and support subscription is to help users get great results from the eValid product.
eValid users have access to special direct information request forms that are given priority treatment by the Technical Support group. Also, current users can get immediate telephone technical support (call the office and have your Customer ID number ready).
And, of couse, all eValid users have access the body of knowledge that is growing steadily in this User Forum.
