Yes, it should.

eValid's licenses always include a default (implied) EPRISE01 license, which allows as many user accounts on the licensed machine as you like. You don't see this on your license file, but that capability is present nevertheless.

If you upgrade to a 2-user license for that machine we will supply an actual (not implied) EPRISE02 license so up to two users can be accessing eValid on that machine.
