What if I 'register product" and the data turns out to be inaccurate? Do you issue a new license for free?

It depends.

Yes, we have seen cases when the "register product" page on eValid generates inaccurate data. Ususally this happens when you are installing eValid on a "virtual machine" or a non-native machine image of some kind. The problem is that the MAC address information generated by the OS in such situations is artificial and that confuses the logic.

If you have such a problem please contact the license team and they will get any issued resolved for you.
