This message in your EventLog says, basically, that at playback time the script contained some kind of command that required eValid to launch a sub-process and take some kind of acton -- and that process failed.

Look in the script to see what command provoked the message.

Please note: Normally that's only eValid passing on a system message that something couldn't be done. So don't blame eValid if it doesn't have the right kind of permissions to run the command you've asked it to run.
