That is a tough one, because "it depends".
If you have geocoding implemented on your laptop and you navigate to a site that senses the laptop's interpretation of where you are, then eValid reflects that data. So in that sense, yes.
But another question you may have is, can eValid pretend to be somewhere else than it actually is? On that the answer is, that it depends on whether the machine you're on can do that. If your machine can do that, then yes,
eValid can follow along. But, no, eValid has no specific capability to force the location (the geolocation) the something other than "ground truth."
