Opening eValid with a specified UAS

What is the difference between opening eValid with a specified UAS and opening a sub-window after using the SetUserAgent command?

The only difference is that a sub-window opened under the eValid parent window won't have the navigation controls that eValid has.

When you launch eValid from command line and use the -AGENT parameter to specify a particular UserAgentString, then the entire eValid instance is going to be using that particular UserAgentString.

When you use the SetUserAgent command before opening a sub-window then only that sub-window will reflect the non-standard UserAgentStrring.

You might note that in the latter case you could do two (or more) sub-window launches so that you could have two (or more) windows on your dekstop each of which is pretending to the server to be a different type of browser. Just may be handy to know sometime.
