We too have found that eValid can monitor (or do regression testing) on Microsoft Dynamics applications fairly easily.
As far as "gotcha's" with that application, we really haven't seen any that are particular hard to deal with. The JavaScript that underlies Microsoft's flaship application for sales support appears to be very well done -- very stable and not containing any of the many problems that other systems often have.
