If the Modal Popup is "HTML" then regular recording can be used to send a "close" message.
If that doesn't work, there are several "suppress Modal Popup" options in the eValid settings. We have found these to be very reliable.
If those methods don't work, please write back with more details (include a screenshot) and the originating URL. We'll need at least that level of detail to see what's going on.
