Yes, it can.

The reason is that often the client machine is "faster" than the internet connection.

In fact, this often is a serious problem with structural scripts because the intervals in playback time typically are much shorter than the time it takes a page to load.

Load time is dependent on internet speeds.

We are talking hundreds of microseconds to tens of milliseconds -- 0.1 msce to 10 msec -- in terms of eValid response time. Remember, it is directly driving the browser from a Windows executable and there is no internet delay and no JavaScript execution time involved.

On the other hand, the times for download of a page component are usually measured in 100's of milliseconds to maybe even several seconds -- 0.01 sec to 10 sec.

So that is about a 100:1 speed advantage that the browser may have over the internet connection.

In practice, we often have to put in a Delay 10 or a Delay 100 or even a Delay 500 command in a script to slow eValid down to internet speed.

Otherwise, eValid will get ahead of the page download in the wrong way!

Your test is likely to fail.
