How to overcome a checkbox on a page that has two elements

Postby LauriaS » Fri Oct 02, 2015 9:43 am

Morning and happy Friday.

I'm stuck!

How does eValid handle the job of clicking TWO elements in a checkbox set?

Thanks

That's a very good question LauriaS.

First, here is a description of how eValid looks into your web page:

http://www.e-valid.com/Products/Documen ... cture.html

So the first thing to do is move around in the page near where the checkbox processing is happening.

You need to make a note of the names and relative index positions of the two checkboxes.

Basically, you'll auto-navigate to the first one and check it and then move DOWN a fixed number of elements to where the second element is located.

Here are the commands to that do the job:

This ought to be simple from here.

Call or write us if you have any problems with this solution.
