Is it possible to cascade synchronization checks?

Does this make sense at all?

Thanks for the question GWright.

Yes, setting up an AJAX page synchronization that involves double or even triple synchronization steps is possible and is recommended for some kinds of pages.

Here is a worked example that shows how this goes:

Not that in this example successfully sync commands (shown in RED on the page) happen once after the other.

You may want to intersperse some "Delay 100" commands to make sure everything in the page has stabilized before applying the next synchronization check(s).
