Morning.

I have a tough one I hope you can help me with:

What do you recommend if my test plan says I have to validate an image that pops up during a test playback?

Please help me with some ideas on how to automate a web page which has lot of graphs and charts?

Any thoughts, please let me know.

Thanks

Thanks for asking JLoren.

This subject is indeed a difficult one, because there are SO MANY ways images can be involved.

Here is a summary of comments about how eValid attacks this problem:

At the end of the day, generally, we believe, you can find some way to validate some features of an image presented to the screen, but the variations are simply too numerous to handle in a systematic (automated) way.

We do believe that you should focus your attention on one type of image at a time.

Let us know more details about that class and we will see if we can help.
