What can you tell me about the comparative level of effort of eValid recording from life, of an eValid script-modification effort to compensate for AJAX synchronization, and writing my tests using a programming language like C# or JavaScript?

We think that you might see as much as a 10:1 advantage using the eValid approach versus the pure-scripting approach.

The eValid approach is to use the eValid recording engine as much as possible, and then make small manual changes to the script as needed.

Here is a link that tells the story in some detail:http://www.e-valid.com/Technology/Abstraction/algorithmic.html.
