Thanks for posting about HTTPS ERogers.
Simply put, if you are using eValid on a "secure" site that uses HTTP/S then eValid is fine.
The product itself is agnostic on the issue of secure transfers.
We believe it is better to trust the user to be doing the right thing with eValid that to try to install or enforce any "code of conduct" that could possibly make sense.
The test of a web application has to have freedom to do things that may not be entirely appropriate, and we don't want to interfere with that.
