At present, eValid is built on the IE base.

While we are working on Chrome and FireFox playback-only versions, we haven't actually had THAT much call for those, so they are not our top priority.

Besides, eValid has a neat feature, using the SetUserAgent command, that allows eValid to impersonate being ANY browser you want. Here is a link to a page that illustrates how this command works.

So, for cross-browser testing of a web application, eValid scores 100%.

But the limitation to that claim is that the rendering by eValid will always be according to the IE rules...so if you want to confirm rendering accuracy that is NOT what eValid is all about.
