Is there a way (a script command) to forcibly send a network packet to a server and receive content?

As you saw from the short discussion of eValid's architecture, the test engine operates "above" the network level. This means that eValid commands relate to the web page as seen by the user, not in terms of network traffic.

The eValid browser does the work, and you control the browser as a user would...and users typically can't force particular network packets from the browser...

With this one exception...

You can get pretty much the same effect using the FollowLink command -- but you may need to modify the query strings to vary the effect on the response by the server.
