Does the page map always portray? what is in the web page in the browser?

Yes, if the page is constant.

Some pages change dynamically and there is a chance that the page will change simultaneously with eValid's PageMap making its own excursion in the DOM of the page. In that case, because of the non-stationary aspect of the page, the PageMap data may not be in sync with what is actually in the page.

In the most extreme case, when the page content is under continuous revision, the PageMap may never be in 100% synchrony with the page.

But, being pratical, these are VERY RARE CASES. In 99.99% of the tries the PageMap data will be 100% accurate! So an overall 99.99% success score sounds pretty solid!
