non-administrator users on a LAN in an orderly way.
Actually, EPRISEnn is intended for nn=02, 03, 04, etc. That is
when the REAL amplification obtains. nn=01 is a bit unusual,
but it will work.
Of course, if users want their OWN copy then that has
to the a HostName locked instance.
We can supply to one LAN a mix of EPRISEnn's and HostName licenses.
